The BEATITUDES are:

1^st Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

2^nd Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall possess the land.

3^rd Blessed are the meek, for they shall possess the earth.

4^th Blessed are they that hunger for justice, for they shall be filled.

5^th Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.

6^th Blessed are the pure of heart, for they shall see God.

7^th Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.

8^th Blessed are you when suffer persecution, for yours is the kingdom of heaven.
